1. Service Description
OptiPay is a financial recommendation platform that helps you optimize the use of your credit cards through artificial intelligence. OptiPay is currently in beta testing with a limited group of users in Canada.
2. Access and Registration
Access to OptiPay is subject to an invitation or prior registration. You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address
- Use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes
- Not share your credentials with third parties
3. Nature of Recommendations
OptiPay provides suggestions based on the information you provide about your credit cards. The final decision to use a card is entirely yours.
4. User Responsibilities
By using OptiPay, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your credit cards
- Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Report any security issues to support@optipay.ca
5. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting OptiPay (logo, design, algorithms, content) are the exclusive property of OptiPay Inc. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
OptiPay cannot be held responsible for financial decisions made based on its recommendations, direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the service, or temporary service interruptions related to maintenance or technical causes.
7. Service Modifications
OptiPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will inform you of any substantial changes to these terms by email.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
